Description:
Distal margin of coxal plate 4 sinuous; epimeral plate 3 produced posteriorly. Head with lateral lobes distinctly angular; eyes large, rounded. Antenna 1 slightly longer than antenna 2, exceeding half the body length, peduncle article 1 equal to length of article 2 and 3 together, flagellum one and a half times the length of peduncle, about 14-articulate. Antenna 2 peduncle articles 4 and 5 about equal in size, flagellum half as long as the peduncle. Gnathopod 1 small, feeble, merus with a broad, rounded, posterodistal lobe, carpus very slender and elongated, propodus slender and half the length of the carpus, palm not delimited, margin with 3 to 5 long setae, inner margin of the dactylus finely ciliated.
Gnathopod 2 very robust, merus produced on the inner surface as a thin lamella overlapping the dorsal margin of the carpus, propodus very large and broad, nearly quadrate, palm somewhat oblique, convex, delimited by a rather large acuminate projection, margin coarsely serrated. Merus of pereiopods 5 to 7 broad, distal angle strongly produced; basis pereiopods 6 and 7 expanded. Peduncle of uropod 3 with a single marginal spine. Telson nearly twice as long as broad, with 2 pairs of strong stout dorsolateral spines, apex obtusely pointed.

Colour:
Whitish with a few scattered orange patches.
