Sarsicytheridea bradii

(Norman, 1865a)

Description:
Carapace elongate, smooth except for conspicuous normal pores. Dorsal and ventral margins almost parallel, greatest height close to mid-length. Distal process of male copulatory appendage with a rounded anterior lobe and a subrectangular posterior lobe, somewhat produced distally.

Habitat:
Sublittoral species found at depths of 10-100 metres on silt and sand substrates.

Distribution:
Northern coasts of Britain; Denmark, Norway, the Baltic, Novaya Zemlya and Spitsbergen.
