Description:
Body compact, up to 18 mm wide. Irregular or grooved shaped. Mantle opening on a short tube, nearly opposite the stalk.

Habitat:
Parasitic on Xantho pilipes . Less than 1% of the hosts infected. Usually single, sometimes two.

Distribution:
A southern species.
